大号的蚝肉先用天妇罗酥炸,再放上自家特制cream cheese放入烤箱后撒上飞鱼蛋,青葱和炸蒜,是难得的美味,不过有三个原因我对它那么的着迷:
第一,因为有cheese;
第二,cream cheese是自家调的哦!蚝则是从日本北海道进口;
第三,把炸了的蚝放进嘴里的时候不可思议的事情发生了!保留在天妇罗里的鲜甜蚝汁在我嘴里酱爆!说真的,第一次被蚝汁弹到手臂(是手臂不是衣服呗!)

Chef Arie的创意料理不断地让我们惊艳。吃过鲜甜酥脆的Kaki Cheese Yaki,我们迎来Maguro Avocado Zuke
食物的上层是虾蛋,青色的呢是口感连绵的酪梨,而最下层呢是切成非常小片的金枪鱼。一旁的粉红色酱也大有来头哦,是泡菜和蛋黄酱的合体。嗯,问题来了,怎么吃呢?
很简单,如图把适量的Maguro Avocado Zuke沾一点酱,放上准备好的紫菜,再把紫菜卷起来就可以了。在紫菜的称托下金枪鱼的鲜味完美地被呈现出来。
紧接下来ENJU呈现了Chef Arie的招牌菜单:鹅肝和 teriyaki 牛排。
牛排是从澳洲新鲜进口的,经过主厨地巧手烹饪,牛排鲜甜多汁,还有淡淡的牛油香味。最让我感动的是:牛肉嫩滑无渣。除此之外,Chef Arie的招牌鹅肝也巧妙地加入了昂贵的松露作为调味,一对鹅肝并排在炖软的白萝卜上,带出了别开生面组合。
倘若想尝试传统的日式菜肴,可以尝试 Chef Arie推荐的 Unagi Avocado Maki。一开始的时候我在想,就普通的寿司嘛…不过Chef Arie也在看似普通的寿司加入了意想不到的元素!
这里的神秘材料是:花生酱!花生酱和酪梨同样的给予了Maki稠密的口感,让寿司吃起来没有平时这么单调。
除了以上所介绍的之外,Chef Arie的招牌日式料理还包括Aji Edamam味毛豆,Healthy Wakame Salad,Chicken Teppanyaki,Japanese curry和 Salmon Cheese Maki三文鱼芝士卷、甚至意想不到的中餐菜式。
